Delivered directly to Island Seafoods by our tender vessels, Kodiak Sockeye salmon are filleted and flash frozen to lock in and preserve the fresh taste. TROLL CAUGHT KING SALMON
Just in to Island Seafoods, Troll Caught King Salmon, fresh from Southeast Alaska. Harvested using hooks and lines these king salmon are bled, iced and delivered to our processing facility in Wrangle, then flown directly to Kodiak. Available in vacuum sealed fillets, 1/2 to 1 pound average.
